I was reading the comments on the Slashdot article about the guy who traded an unlocked iPhone for a car, and I followed a link to this Wikipedia article about one red paperclip. Kyle MacDonald, a Canadian blogger, traded his way from a single red paperclip to a house in a series of trades spanning almost a year.
