I can feel the impact I’m having on it.
All it takes is for one person to invent a little acronym or saying, put things a certain way, create a little flash animation, for it to spread across the internet like wildfire.

Okay, so I’ve upgraded to SP2.
One thing I noticed immediately is that my Quick Launch toolbar had 2 icons added. This is a service pack, you fix security flaws, great. However, the installer also put back Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player icons into the Quick Launch toolbar. Ugly, really ugly.
Domain owners beware: you do not need to go with DROA (Domain Registry of America). Their renewals are overpriced: $25/year when you can get the same thing for $8.95 and less from other registrars.

The Windows Update application included with Windows XP now looks different. It has a cleaner interface and presents two options: Express Install and Custom Install. MS also just released a patch that removes MyDoom.
