		<description>okay, this thread is old, but i got the same problem. i ve got no ati hardware and any ti-software uninstalled. there is no ticalc.sys on my system, but everytime my system halts on startup, i get the above error report ...</description>

		<description>I have the same problem...if you go to WINDOWS/system32/drivers, you'll probably find ticalc.sys.

I renamed it to ticalc.sys.OFF to see if it helps...

We'll see if it works..</description>
