Changes in Firefox 1.5

I’ve decided to keep track of changes I notice in Firefox 1.5: things that affect me.

1) When a site can’t be accessed, it’s a webpage notice instead a popup alert box (like the new way better)
2) Clicking a link from an IM conversation opens in a new tab instead of the currently active one (neutral: I used to create a new tab in my browser before clicking a link as soon as I’d gotten use to the behavior)
3) Drag tabs (12/4)
4) Drag tabs into the bookmarks toolbar (12/4)

Last Day of November

Consider it a late Midnight Message. Yesterday was a long day. The last day of Core 102 class, but not really, because we’re having a final review session next Monday. I turned in my two essays, one at noon, the other during class. I hope I did well on them. I had a bad headache. I went to the first half hour of TCF, and then to USCR. I’m going to be making their website over Winter Break. As soon as I got back, I found that my roommate was asleep. So I decided to crash too, without brushing my teeth or changing my clothes. I slept through the night, right until 10 am this morning. I worked on EE 106 stuff and then had brunch at EVK. Well, that’s going into the next day. But my headache, though still lingering, is nearly gone. I just need more sleep. Looking forward to the Jimmy Eat World concert tonight. I don’t know them, actually, but many people seem to be excited about it, so I’m going to check it out. I also need to complete a Networks Lab. Oh, and I got Firefox 1.5. It’s finally released; go get it.
