		<description>Elliot,

Was surfing the web to find out what wininet.dll was because my computer has a virus and will not launch programs because it said wininet.dll was removed. I have pc-illin antivirus software and it runs, but it will not allow me to delete/quarantine a trojan virus that launched paytime.exe (which I am assuming is what deleted wininet.dll). I read you column and noticed that you helped a friend fix his issue....any chance you can remember what you did and provide instructions? Details would be helpful since I am not a computer expert. It will not allow me to launch my SBC DSL internet connection, so I cannot update pc-illin.

Thanks
