Looks like a Get Smart film is scheduled to start shooting in March 2007 to be released in 2008. I hope it’s really awesome. I loved the TV series, but most of the people I talk with haven’t ever heard of it. It was a really funny series, and this looks like it could be really interesting.
I stumbled into it after watching The Devil Wears Prada, and reading about the main actress, Anne Hathaway. She’s beautiful, so Get Smart has the potential to be really good since she’s apparently going to play the part of Agent 99. Get Smart is one movie that I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on.
