Called me just now. Promoting his seminar in Ontario, coming up in a couple weeks. They claim it normally has a $1000 tuition charge, but thanks to my prior participation with them, it’s free.
The name “Robert Allen” doesn’t really sound familiar to me.
I would agree with what Michael has says apart from tiny little matter - what he would describe as a grain then I would describe as a shovel full!

He’s one the Real Estate “guru” from the 70’s; gave seminars and wrote books about buying with “no money down” …and “creating wealth”. I learned a lot of creative ideas from his books when I first started investing in real estate.
Some critics have been very derogatory on what he teaches. I think you need to put it all in context, and take it with a grain of salt.
I’ve still got some his books on my bookshelf. I heard he was into internet marketing maybe it was Multi-Level-Marketing.
