		<description>He's one the Real Estate "guru" from the 70's; gave seminars and wrote books about buying with "no money down" ...and "creating wealth". I learned a lot of creative ideas from his books when I first started investing in real estate. 

Some critics have been very derogatory on what he teaches. I think you need to put it all in context, and take it with a grain of salt. 

I've still got some his books on my bookshelf. I heard he was into internet marketing maybe it was Multi-Level-Marketing.</description>
