On my computer the cookies were:

%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%\Cookies\russellg@mail[1].txt
and
%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%\Cookies\russellg@mail[3].txt

Go to Start / Run and enter this, to see the cookies folder:

%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%\Cookies

For those who don’t wish to lose all their cookies,
The specific cookie is here:
%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%\Cookies\*@mail.google*.txt

which equates to this on my computer:
C:\Documents and Settings\Jeff\Cookies\jeff@mail.google[2].txt

Thank you! I tried clearing my FireFox cookies but I did not think of the IE ones… Why should I - I only use it for Windows Update.
