How to Slipstream Windows XP Home SP3

I used this guide, but got this error:

W 01:00:02 Failed to Write Sectors 264320 – 264351 – Reason: Cannot Format Medium – Incompatible Medium

Still, the 96% of the burning process worked, so I’ll give the disk a try. Hopefully it works :)
