I have genuie OS with XP sp1.
(supplied with HCL company system with license label pasted on the system)
I update the file KB898461.
after that i restart the system.While switch on the
system it runs,and displays xp open screen and
restarts automatically.
can you give me a solution ??????????/

Need this to update this computer.Only if it is free.
When I copy the sticker on the back of the unit and apply for the file KB898461 for this computer it says that thay can’t find registration and expect me to pay for it.The only way I will do this is if the file is free.
