Many things have happened over the past couple days, but I usually don’t have time to write about them. Today, I opened my Savings and Checking accounts with the USC Credit Union. The cards I carry has doubled from two – my USCard and driver’s license, to four – adding the Trojan Checkmate and Web AccessCard. The Web card is a laundry card. They replaced the old laundry machines with new ones that only accept laundry cards. Why they couldn’t make it use our USCards (discretionary) is unknown, but the laundry card uses a rectangular chip instead of a magnetic strip.
