They do mix on the contrary;there is a Latin American drink that is made by mixing orange juice and milk named Mori Sonando (die dreaming). My ex-girlfriend used to make it for me.

Mixed together you get a really thin yogurt like drink. I add a little sugar for taste.
I plan to use oj concentrate instead of juice to make it less watery. I might even try cream instead of milk and then should be closer to the orange push-ups on a stick that they used to sell when I was a kid.
