The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer – for a printer

On Mac OS X, I was getting “The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer” when I connect my HP M1132 printer to my MacBook Air. I tried a number of the solutions I found via Google, but ultimately the solution was to simply disconnect the printer, turn it off, turn it back on, and connect it.

    Hi,
    thank you for your tip, I spent half an hour to connect this printer to a friend’s mac… and the solution was so simple :D
